Processing Times

Once an order is placed, we are unable to adjust shipping speeds or refund shipping costs due to processing delays.

Tracking

Pre-Shipment Status

If your tracking shows “pre-shipment,” it means your order has been prepared and handed off to USPS but may not yet be scanned into their system. Delays in scanning can happen due to high shipping volumes or carrier disruptions.
