Will my items ship together if I order multiple items?

The items will most likely not ship together. They will be shipped once each item is created or printed. You may receive more than one package when ordering multiple items together.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

Will I get a tracking # for my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk email folders.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to include gift notes in your order at this time.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to gift wrap.

Can I cancel my order?

Please Contact Us ASAP to cancel your order within 12 hours. Depending on the stage of processing that your order is in we may not be able to cancel it.

What if the package tracking details state 'delivered' but I never received it?

If your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier and the shipping address matches the one provided at checkout, please contact your local post office to help locate it. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for orders that were misdelivered due to a carrier error. If you have questions concerning this, please Contact Us to let us know.

What if my item was printed incorrectly or I received the wrong item?

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time but this could change in the future!

Can I do a custom order?

Yes! If you have a unique design in mind, or would like one of my designs on a different product, we would love to help you with this! Send a message to us through the Contact Us with details.
