We want every Lark Meadow & Co. piece to feel exactly right! Because many of our items are made to order, they are typically non-returnable. But if something isn't right, please reach out and let us know.

• Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. You'll hear back from a real person who genuinely cares about getting it resolved.
